Analytical Design Solutions Inc. (ADSI) has released a new version of their KioWare for Android kiosk software.

New Exiting Tutorial, Increased Provisioning & Android 7.0 Support

Version 3.10 of KioWare for Android (Lite, Basic, & Full with Kiosk Management) has added a new tutorial to improve the user exiting experience.  This tutorial provides instructions and an opportunity to practice exiting prior to launching KioWare for the first time.
KioWare has also been updated to fully support, secure, and protect the Android 7.0 operating system.

KioWare’s device provisioning feature has been expanded to increase the number of settings that can be provisioned. Now included in the provisioning options: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, the default launcher, screen timeout, screen brightness, and volume levels.  Also added is the ability to postpone provisioning while waiting for an active network connection before proceeding.  These additions make it more reasonable to deploy hundreds of Android devices without manual installation, configuration, and deployment.

A KioWare for Android license is needed for each deployed kiosk. Quantity pricing is available. Annual support and maintenance is recommended and current support is required in order to upgrade. View a full description of features for this and other versions of the KioWare product line.

All of these products are available as a free trial download. Existing clients have the ability to upgrade.
KioWare has been providing OS, desktop, and browser lockdown security for the kiosk and self-service industry since 2001 and Android software since 2012.
