Every year on the anniversary of your first purchase date, your KioWare Maintenance & Support comes due.

Keeping your Support current entitles you to priority technical support as well as the latest software versions of your KioWare product as they’re released.

When it comes to lockdown software and your kiosk’s security, having access to tech support and maintaining software updates is often a vital key to the success of your kiosk project. 

The easiest way to renew your KioWare Maintenance & Support is through your kioware.com user account.

To get started, go to kioware.com. Hover your mouse over the Support tab then click on Support Renewal.

If you already have a username and password, just sign in.

If you don’t yet have a kioware.com user account or aren’t sure, click Account Lookup. Follow the prompts to create or find your account.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your Support Renewal information. You can access this information any time you’re logged into your account by clicking on Maintenance & Support Status. 

Here you’ll see your Support anniversary date, which is the date of your first KioWare purchase and it’s also the date your KioWare Maintenance & Support comes due each year. This is helpful information for budgeting purposes.

You’ll also see the date your Support contract ends on. If this is a future date, your Support is current, but if this is a past date, your Support has expired. When your Support has expired, you’ll see a yellow banner at the top of your account letting you know that your Support is not currently up to date.

Below the chart of your license transaction history, you’ll see the date your Support contract will be current through if you were to purchase your Support renewal today.

When you’re ready to purchase your Support renewal, just click Place My Order. This will allow you to purchase your renewal using a credit card. If you prefer to use a Purchase Order, just contact us by phone, email, or chat to discuss your PO.
